Manage renovation, A&A, commercial and condominium projects from planning through completion while coordinating clients, contractors and site teams.

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Project Manager to coordinate renovation, Addition and Alteration (A&A), commercial and condominium projects.

You will oversee project schedules, site activities, costs and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and according to quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and execution through completion and final handover.
• Oversee renovation, A&A, commercial and condominium projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and work progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and workmanship.
• Review design and construction drawings and ensure site requirements are understood.
• Identify and resolve technical, design and site-coordination issues.
• Manage cost control, variation orders and changes to project scope.
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable BCA requirements, submission processes and MCST guidelines.
• Provide clients and relevant stakeholders with timely project updates.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, records and handover materials.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• One to three years of relevant project experience in Singapore.
• Experience in renovation, A&A, commercial fit-out or condominium projects.
• Good understanding of local construction regulations, submission processes and site practices.
• Able to read and interpret design, architectural and construction drawings.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of project and site requirements.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive and able to resolve project and site issues independently.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
