Project Manager (Renovation Project)

Job Summary

Bo Renovation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage renovation projects from start to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, foremen, workers, subcontractors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, site activities, and priorities.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve delays or technical issues.
• Supervise foremen, workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Control project budgets, material costs, labor costs, and additional works.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate change requests and prepare quotations for additional works.
• Conduct site meetings and submit weekly progress reports.
• Manage multiple renovation projects when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation or construction project management.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, masonry, ceilings, flooring, and finishing works.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical plans.

• Strong site management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage clients and communicate professionally with foreign clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.**

Working Days & Hours

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00
• Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays off
