Project Manager – Retail Systems Implementation (Blue Yonder / JDA)

Evolve Partners is recruiting a Project Manager for a specialist transformation consultancy delivering a major programme for a large US retailer.

We’re particularly interested in Blue Yonder/JDA Space Planning or ProSpace experience.

Candidates who have led comparable implementations using RELEX Space Planning or Spaceman are also encouraged to apply.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of implementation delivery, bringing together retail business stakeholders, functional specialists, technology teams and third-party vendors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the project plan, milestones and cross-team dependencies.

• Coordinating internal resources and implementation partners.

• Managing RAID logs, delivery risks, issues and escalations.

• Maintaining governance and presenting status at steering committee.

• Coordinating testing, business readiness and implementation milestones.

• Keeping teams aligned and driving decisions and actions through to completion.

Your background

You’ll bring experience leading retail space-planning or planogram-system implementations, supported by strong project management, stakeholder communication and vendor coordination.

Blue Yonder/JDA/ProSpace experience is particularly relevant. Comparable RELEX Space Planning or Spaceman implementation experience will also be considered.

You may currently be a Project Manager, Program Manager, Implementation Manager, Delivery Lead or Consulting Manager. Your delivery responsibilities matter more than your title.

Consulting or professional-services experience is preferred.

Working arrangements

This role requires one full week onsite at a rural Illinois location, followed by one week remote, throughout the engagement.

Candidates based elsewhere in the US can be considered, provided they can commit to this pattern.

Permanent and contract options are available.
