Project Manager – Road Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Road Projects to lead and manage road infrastructure projects in Central Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of total experience, including at least 10 years of relevant experience in road projects, with exposure to projects such as KSTP, National Highway (NH), or Gulf road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of road construction projects.
• Lead site execution activities and ensure work progresses according to approved schedules and project requirements.
• Manage project teams, site personnel, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, resource requirements, and progress.
• Monitor project quality, safety, productivity, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify project risks, execution issues, and delays and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Review project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Coordinate with planning, quantity surveying, procurement, quality, and site teams.
• Support contract administration and commercial coordination as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 15+ years of total professional experience in civil construction.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in road/highway projects is mandatory.
• Experience in KSTP, National Highway (NH), or Gulf road projects is highly relevant.
• Strong practical experience in road project planning and site execution.
• Proven experience in project and team management.
• Good understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, resource planning, and site coordination.

Contract & FIDIC Knowledge

Knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC conditions of contract will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Important Eligibility Requirement

This position is specifically for candidates with relevant ROAD / HIGHWAY PROJECT experience. Candidates without road or highway project experience should not apply.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹2,150,000.00 per month
