What you'll be doing

1. Full Project Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the entire project journey, from initial client consultation and sales pitching to project handover.
2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, present design/proposals, and secure contracts.
3. Project Coordination & Progress Monitoring:
   Oversee and track ongoing project progress. Liaise closely with in-house designers and the construction team to ensure timelines are met. Provide regular internal reports and updates for Sales to communicate with clients.
4. Internal Communication:
   Act as the bridge between design, engineering, and sales departments.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within interior design, construction, or developer-related fields
2. Solid understanding of Design & Build workflows
3. Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting
4. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
5. Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control
6. Excellent organizational and cross-departmental communication skills
7. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight schedules
8. Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in property development, quantity surveying, or construction project management
• Experience in Residential Projects
• Experience working with fit-out, renovation, or large-scale interior projects
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
