Project Manager (Sales)

Role description

Duties and Responsibilities

· Highly motivated and collaborative project manager to help lead strategic initiatives across the Revenue Organization.

· The role works at the intersection of Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, GTM, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholder groups to mobilize new products, enhancements, and business initiatives throughout the org. This aligns with the team's mission of driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives that support our Sales teams and revenue growth.

· Manage initiatives from discovery through launch, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

· Leading project discovery, requirements gathering, and scope definition

· Managing project plans, timelines, KPIs, and implementation activities

· Facilitating stakeholder meetings and executive status updates

· Coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, GTM, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance

· Supporting business readiness and mobilization activities including communications, training, compliance support, and launch planning

· Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement

KEY SKILLS

• Experience with Project Management, Payments, Healthcare, and Gateway products

• Experience solving complex problems

• Excellent Communication skills

• Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations

Nice-to-have/Advantage

• Experience with revenue focused initiatives is a plus
