Project Manager (Sales)

About the role

Highly motivated and collaborative project manager to help lead strategic initiatives across the Revenue Organization. The role works at the intersection of Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, GTM, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholder groups to mobilize new products, enhancements, and business initiatives throughout the org. This aligns with the team's mission of driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives that support Sales teams and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initiatives from discovery through launch, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
• Lead project discovery, requirements gathering, and scope definition
• Manage project plans, timelines, KPIs, and implementation activities
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, GTM, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
• Support business readiness and mobilization activities including communications, training, compliance support, and launch planning
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement

About you

• At least 10 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience with Project Management, Payments, Healthcare, and Gateway products
• Experience solving complex problems
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations
• Must be amenable to work on Night shift
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City
• Experience with revenue focused initiatives is a plus
