Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA E-Invoicing Implementation

Interim Project Manager / SAP FI/CO specialist* to support a *3-month e-invoicing and e-reporting implementation within SAP S/4HANA*.

• Manage the business-side implementation of e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements.

• Coordinate Finance stakeholders across the different countries.

• Translate local business and regulatory requirements into clear implementation requirements.

• Work closely with internal IT and EDICOM on the technical implementation within SAP S/4HANA.

• Support and challenge the project from an *SAP FI/CO perspective*.

• Manage project planning, timelines, dependencies and deliverables towards the 1 January go-live.

• Ensure requirements, testing and business readiness are properly coordinated.

• Organise and lead weekly project meetings.

• Prepare updates and decisions for the Steering Committee.

• Act as the link between Finance, IT, local business teams and the external technology provider.

Profile

• Strong experience with *SAP S/4HANA FI/CO*.

• Experience with *e-invoicing and/or statutory e-reporting implementations*.

• Strong project management skills, preferably within Finance transformation or SAP projects.

• Able to coordinate multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

• Comfortable operating between Finance/business requirements and technical IT teams.

• Hands-on and able to drive a project towards a fixed regulatory deadline.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: 35.000,00€ - 60.000,00€ per year

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
