Project Manager – SAP Support Services

Role

Systems Arabia is looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Support Services to lead SAP S/4HANA support operations. The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery, manage SAP consulting teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage project governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and escalations.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly service performance reports.
• Oversee incident management, change requests, releases, and escalations through ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business-process alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with cybersecurity and information-security standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably SAP support or managed-service engagements.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading 2–3 comparable SAP or government IT support projects.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, IT service management, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Saudi nationals preferred.
• ITIL certification, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and Saudi government-sector experience will be an advantage.
