Project Manager Scrum Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager Scrum Lead to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will guide Agile delivery across software and web modernization initiatives, ensuring projects move forward with clarity, discipline, and strong coordination. The Scrum Lead will partner closely with cross-functional technical and functional teams to keep work aligned to milestones, manage risks, and remove blockers. In this client-facing position, the right person will also support requirements sessions, foster continuous improvement, and help teams deliver efficiently in a remote-first environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery teams as Scrum Lead
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and address delivery risks proactively
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and facilitate requirements sessions
• Foster collaboration among technical and functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading software or web modernization projects
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, or Agile Project Manager
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
