Project Manager, SEA

About the role

As an Assistant / Project Manager, SEA, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle for SEA. You will act as a project owner collaborating with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan, including timeline, milestones, resources allocation, and budget estimation
• Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of each project
• Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management
• Provide status updates, progress reports, and presentations on project milestones, risks, and issues
• Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project activities
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust if necessary to optimize project performance
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
• Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects with good project management skills
• Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation and related fields
• Organized and detail-minded, with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous work record working directly with customers for project implementation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Ability to use various tools to support project delivery
• Frequent business travel within Asia-Pacific region including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand
