PROJECT MANAGER (SEMICONDUCTOR & AUTOMATION)

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Involve in new FRQ activities.
• Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.
• Able to manage and execute project as defined in business case, schedule, budget and scope.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
• Able to multitask and manage team resources effectively to deliver a high quality of work to internal teams and external clients on project delivery.
• Meet with client stakeholders and manage client expectations and escalations.
• Good understanding on customer’s requirement, conceptual and objective to provide total solution of design work is compliance to SEMI, environmental, mechanical specifications and safety regulatory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on key metrics and market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Willing to accept new challenges.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• Perform other jobs deem necessary required by management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs preferably from mechanical engineering solution environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and give PPT presentations with customers at all levels.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of translating technical details into business-friendly language.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Able to work under pressure and good prioritization skills.
• Experience on Automation knowledge.
• Knowledge in Solid works, AutoCAD and drafting software will be added advantage. (optional)
• Able to work independently and self-motivated under challenging and demanding work environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.
