About The Role

• Manage medium to large-scale projects, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Facilitate collaboration among different entities within Orange Business, leading the project team to achieve efficient and timely deliverables.
• Acquire and apply project management and technical skills relevant to projects handled at OB (e.g., BVPN, SDWAN, BTIP, BES2, BVB).
• Ensure projects are managed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement associated action plans proactively.
• Ensure timely delivery across all regions and manage equipment availability.
• Develop and implement communication plans and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the account team to meet contractual schedules and milestones.
• Monitor and control project performance to meet delivery deadlines, flagging any budgetary deviations or constraints. OB KPI (example: NS2, NS3, Events, Frozen)
• Conduct project closures and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to proper project management processes.
• Good knowledge of circuit costs per provider and region.
• Anticipate order complexities by understanding different LTC per region, utilizing tools such as melting bots, expresso, and webalc.

About You

• Course in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken) in both English and French.
• Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Synergy Foundation/ Practitioner is compulsory
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management
