Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

Hays is currently recruiting Project Manager/ Senior Project Managers for various commercial projects throughout Perth Metro. These commercial projects are for Tier 2 & 3 Main Builders.

Projects coming up within Perth Metro that we are recruiting Project Managers for:

• Apartments/ Multi-use( Various locations: Butler, Scarbrough, Applecross, Freo, Sorrento, Ellenbrook, Kelmscott, Subiaco, Bassendean) up to $100M
• Townhouses (various metro area) $5-10M+
• Hospitality projects including restaurants, cafes, hotels ( $8-100M)
• Sporting facilities & government buildings
• Educational (various north & south) $10-50M
• Healthcare ( various locations, referb, extensions & new buildings) up to $400M
• Towers ( Burswood) $4B project

Depending on your experience and preference we will chat through options & salary packages currently on offer.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working as a Project Manager within commercial construction, full design and construct exposure is essential with a main contractor ( managing various projects $5M+ value at a minimum)
• Project manager experience of 3+ years required
• Prior Contract Administration or Site Manager experience is preferable
• Knowledge of WA national construction codes and H&S is essential
• Full working rights
• Ability to manage on-site projects, from civil works to competition for a main contractor
• Diploma in project management or similar is preferable
