Project Manager, ServiceNow ITSM Program

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow ITSM Program to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of a complex IT service management initiative within a remote environment supporting government-facing work. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional delivery, Agile practices, and stakeholder communication to keep milestones, acceptance criteria, and budget on track. Success in this position will require balancing program discipline with responsiveness to changing priorities in a highly structured project setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,568 – $186,960 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Monitor project schedules and maintain the product backlog
• Manage deliverable reviews and ensure formal acceptance
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and protect sprint scope
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage the budget effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 4-6 years of project management experience
• Experience managing enterprise IT service management projects
• Proven ability to serve as Scrum Master and implement Agile methodologies
