- Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile environment)
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
- Manage client expectations, communications, and escalations professionally
- Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Solution & Technical Oversight
- Work closely with Solution Architects, consultants, and developers to ensure alignment with best practices
- Understand and review Salesforce Service Cloud features including:
- Case Management
- Omni-Channel Routing
- Knowledge Base
- CTI Integration
- Service Console
- Service Process Automation (Flows)
- Ensure design adherence, solution integrity, and impact assessment for change requests
- Governance & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, project plans, and design sign-offs
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and organizational standards.
