Project Manager/ Site Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise renovation and fit-out works at project sites.
• Liaise with clients, interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manpower arrangements.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
• Experience in Residential, Condominium, Landed, HDB, and Commercial projects.
• Knowledge of site coordination, project scheduling, and construction processes.
• Able to read drawings and coordinate with various trades.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
