Project Manager / Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee and deliver construction and property development projects across our growing operations, including facilities management projects.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate project activities including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within timeline, cost, and quality requirements
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Prepare project reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction/project management
• Experience in property development or building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and site coordination
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Responsible for site projects located in Klang Valley and to be assigned for other states
• Candidate with lower requirements and experience would be considered as site manager
