Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Oversee civil, structural, and architectural works to meet standards and codes.
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and designs.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Drive construction, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 8–10 years’ experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in data centre, micro-electronics, or critical infrastructure preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
