Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Security Operations Center (SOC) and Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cybersecurity programs, driving governance and policy implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects with a focus on SOC and Governance initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Drive governance frameworks, security policies, standards, and compliance initiatives.

• Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and cybersecurity requirements.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder expectations.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

  Required Skills Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience.

• Hands-on experience managing Security Operations Center (SOC) projects.

• Experience with Governance , including governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance initiatives.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and security operations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  Good to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent Project Management certification.

• Cybersecurity or Governance certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor , or similar.

• Experience with GRC tools and security governance platforms.
