We are hiring a Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.
• Adhere to and enforce organizational processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Manage risk by proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in digital solutions or IT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Proven expertise in leading end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver complex digital technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
