Project Manager - Solar in our company as per below mentioned details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar power systems and extensive experience in all aspects of solar project installation, from site surveys to commissioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and design requirements.
• Develop detailed engineering designs and drawings for solar power systems.
• Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) and cost estimates for projects.
• Oversee and manage the installation of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of solar power systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and operation.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and commissioning reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the solar industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solar project installation and management.
• Strong understanding of solar power systems, including on-grid and off-grid systems.
• Experience with site surveys, system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as PVSyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
