Project Manager (Solar EPC)

About the role

GREENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Solar EPC) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on solar power projects.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This is a full-time position based at project sites in Thailand.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning, execution to project closeout
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Supervise construction activities through Site Engineers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track engineering deliverables and drawings
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients and lead project progress meetings
• Prepare project progress reports and manage change requests or variations
• Monitor project costs and coordinate procurement of major equipment and materials
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and commissioning standards
• Coordinate with authorities such as EGAT, PEA, and local regulators for approvals and grid connection
• Manage project closeout including as-built documents, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or EPC project management
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction site activities
• Proficiency in MS Project or project scheduling tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
• Experience in Solar or Renewable Energy projects will be a strong advantage
• Willing to work at project sites in upcountry areas.
