JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from site mobilization through commissioning. The role will focus on timely execution, safety, quality, site coordination, and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee complete Solar EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning.

• Supervise and coordinate contractors, site engineers, and project teams.

• Ensure projects meet approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, government authorities, and vendors.

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

• Monitor project progress and prepare work progress reports.

• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and contractors.

• Ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

• Travel to project sites as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant site execution experience.

• Solar EPC project experience highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of site execution and contractor management.

• Good understanding of project safety and quality requirements.

• Strong project coordination and team-management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites.
