Customers look to us for expertise on existing OSHA rules and regulations, guidance on new or upcoming OSHA standards, consultation on upcoming projects, industry product knowledge, and the actual products that prevent workplace falls. We are here to help people: Architects, Engineers, EHS professionals, Building Owners, Property Managers, General Contractors, and anyone else who could potentially benefit from fall protection.

Your new position has several components:

1. Owning each project from the customer’s PO to a clean, install-ready handoff.

2. Being the hub between Sales, Engineering, and Installation, nothing gets lost between teams.

3. Driving engineering forward and catching problems before they reach the field.

4. Keeping every project current in HubSpot so anyone can see where it stands.

Our sales team is growing, and every project needs a single owner who makes sure it lands right. You’ll be that person: taking coordination off our sales team, keeping engineering moving, and handing off our install crews projects that are ready to run. Fall protection is a niche, and we’ll teach you the product. We’re looking for a mechanical mind, real ownership, and the drive to grow with us.

Where you’ll work: in person in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Monday–Friday, day shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
