Project Manager – Structural

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.
• Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/external parties with regard to the project progress.
• Leading discussions with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and approving project drawings and specifications.
• Preparation of presentation material for top management.
• Work closely with different business units, such as estate agency, legal firm, design house and contractors to ensure the successful launch of project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale properties developments from inception to completion;
• Experience in high-end residential/commercial projects preferred;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
• CEng, MHKIE, MIStructE or equivalent preferred
