Here are details about the preferred experience and responsibilities for the Project Manager role, as well as a look at the BLVD culture.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of experience in the field performing public or private utility location work.
• Proven track record and stellar safety record for effectively performing locates for telecommunication, electric distribution, natural gas, cable television, fiber optics, streetlights, storm drains, water mains, and sanitary.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed, with the potential for relocation.
• Relevant training & certifications, including — but not limited to — Certified Locator Technician (CLT) or Utility Locator Technician (ULT) from recognized organizations such as NULCA (National Utility Locating Contractors Association)
• Experience using ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and other tools of the trade.
• History of troubleshooting unexpected problems on the fly, collaborating with utility stakeholders to minimize damage and delays.
• Regulatory smarts, including working knowledge of OSHA regulations and local utility marking guidelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exhibiting a high level of responsiveness, including expedited follow-up for award of new potential contracts.
• Proactively managing and executing projects.
• Developing rapport and collaboration with clients and utility stakeholders.
• Creating transparency with clients in terms of scheduling, troubleshooting of unexpected issues, achievement of key milestones, etc.
• Tracking and documenting key project details, culminating in sharing of client deliverables.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
