Project Manager Support Officer

About the Role

Australia Farm Innovations, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager Support Officer to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager. The successful candidate will help monitor project activities, maintain schedules, track deliverables, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that projects are completed on time and in accordance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager in monitoring project activities, deliverables, and progress.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using tools such as Gantt Charts to track milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to help ensure timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to communicate project requirements and facilitate efficient collaboration.
• Identify and promptly report issues concerning material deliveries that may affect project schedules or completion.
• Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and assist in addressing project implementation issues to minimize delays and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools, particularly Gantt Charts, is an advantage.
