What they need
Requirements:
- RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
- At least 5 working experience in elderly services or related fields
- With strong Leadership; excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Job Duties:
- 7 months contract period
- Employment period until 30 June 2027
- Overall management and administrative role in the project related to elders and their carers
- Provide ongoing supervision to social workers in the team to ensure the service quality
- Take the lead to build up collaborative networks with local stakeholders include but not limited to NGOs, MSWs, Estate Management offices, etc.
- Working Place: Wan Chai
