Project Manager/ Systems Analyst (AI Workspace Implementation)

About the role

This role involves assisting in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of projects. You will support monitoring of contractors' work progress, implementation schedules and outstanding issues, and liaise with users, contractors and project stakeholders on implementation, use cases, requirement collection, technical and operational matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of projects
• Support monitoring of contractors' work progress, implementation schedule and outstanding issues
• Liaise with users, contractors and project stakeholders on implementation, use cases requirement collection, technical and operational matters
• Conduct system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Assist in deployment, user training and operational support
• Coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises
• Maintain project records, issue logs, risk registers, meeting notes
• Review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports

About you

• Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation or system administration
• Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure
• Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools
• Experience in managing the integration and deployment of government IT projects and systems is preferred
• Experience in implementing and deploying enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces is preferred
• Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies
• Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short timeframe
• Committed to execution and delivery
• Experience with Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, Work Buddy, DeepSeek, Qwen, RAG, vector databases, knowledge management, APIs, databases, Docker, cloud platforms, AI agents, browser automation, desktop automation, information security, data governance, responsible AI, spoken Mandarin, or digital transformation projects in Government or large organisations would be advantageous
