Project Manager – Systems (6 Months Contract)

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of system-related projects, ensuring project objectives, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements, and translate these requirements into effective solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to assess and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical requirements and organisational objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and quality standards to support successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify, assess, monitor and escalate project risks and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items and ensure timely follow-up on agreed deliverables.
• Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant stakeholders, ensuring testing is completed within agreed timelines and business requirements are adequately addressed.
• Support business application operations and work closely with the Team Head ensure applications remain stable, effective and aligned with operational requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve project or system-related issues where required.
• Perform other relevant project, systems or operational assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree or equivalent qualification with more than 3 years of working experiences in project management, systems implementation, business applications related projects.
• Knowledge on insurance products/systems preferred
• Able to deliver tasks on time with high-quality results
• Able to start work within short notice
