Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery: Run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using tools like Jira. Technical Alignment: Translate complex product requirements into clear engineering tasks and architecture milestones. Risk Management: Identify system dependencies, code merge bottlenecks, and infrastructure delays early to fix them. Cross-Functional Bridge: Keep sales, customer success, and product teams updated on release dates and feature rollouts. Metrics Tracking: Monitor velocity, bug resolution rates, and deployment cadences to improve team output. Required Qualifications Experience: 4+ years managing software development projects in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and clear communication abilities. Desirables Experience in a fast paced work environment Demonstrated ownership in executing large scale deliverables BE/BTech or MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute
