Project Manager- Technical, Top Secret Clearance Required

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager- Technical, Top Secret Clearance Required to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead technical consulting engagements for U.S. Government customers, guiding projects from initiation through successful delivery of software services. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, strong risk management, and clear communication to keep work on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will also support financial planning activities, including forecasting and invoicing, while adapting quickly to evolving technologies and delivery needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,980 – $172,730 annually

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from project initiation to successful delivery of software services
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues
• Develop and present project materials effectively
• Support financial activities like revenue forecasting and invoicing
• Engage in continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and skills
• Travel regularly to client locations, primarily within the Washington D.C. area

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Experience delivering technical consulting engagements for the U.S. Government
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies like PMP, CMS, or SAFe
• Practical experience with software development lifecycle and DevSecOps approaches
• Proficient in financial forecasting and P&L management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
