Project Manager (Telecommunication)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management, including Project Planning, Project Schedule, Budget Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects to meet customer's expectations within timeline, quality and budget.
• General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers, approval of equipment layout and network configuration data.
• Supervision and control of subcontractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract.
• Participate in bidding activates and identify implementation requirements from tender documents.
• Plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Have industry background knowledge. (Telecommunications industry background preferred).
• 5 years or more experience in project management.
• Have the ability to allocate, coordinate, organize, and manage project team members.
• Strong learning ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit.
• Be responsible for work.
• Good health, hardworking, good professional ethics, and able to adapt to a certain degree of domestic business trip.
• Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
