At Thaimart.com, we're building the next-generation marketplace platform that connects sellers, buyers, merchants, and business partners in one seamless ecosystem.

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into successful digital products. You'll work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Business teams to drive projects from concept to launch while ensuring exceptional user experience and business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple business initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Marketing, Operations, and Business
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear project plans and deliverables
• Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
• Support UAT, release planning, go-live activities, and post-launch improvements
• Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Drive alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and digital product development process
• Strong project management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional collaboration
• Good analytical thinking and ability to turn business needs into clear action plans
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience using project or product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
• Good command of Thai and English
