Project Manager (URGENT)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software development, application migration, and technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software development and migration projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings and monitor action items.
• Support Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development and migration projects.
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Willing to start ASAP
