Project Manager (Velocity/HDD)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications, fiber optic, underground utility, HDD, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in HDD/Horizontal Directional Drilling projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of underground fiber optic deployment, duct installation, trenchless technology, and utility construction is an advantage.
• Experience managing HDD contractors, subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and project schedules.
• Strong project planning, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project cost monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willing to conduct field/site visits and travel as required.
• Willing to work on-site and manage project activities in the field.
