Senior Project Manager - Wastewater Construction

📍 Upstate New York | Flexible/Remote Working Available

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major municipal wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast, including multiple projects currently valued between $100M-$150M .

This role will provide leadership from design and preconstruction through project delivery , overseeing budgets, schedules, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, client relationships, and project execution.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale wastewater, water, or municipal infrastructure projects
• Strong background in heavy civil construction
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management
• Strong communication and leadership skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience supporting preconstruction, constructability reviews, and execution planning
