You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering projects against agreed plans and milestones.
• Managing budgets, programmes, risks and change.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintaining quality, governance and project records.
• Managing procurement and project handover activities.
• Driving digital, sustainable and responsible delivery.
• Directing teams to achieve project KPIs.

You’ll Need To Have

• Proven experience in project management, managing small to medium sized projects.
• Developed communication, presentation and project planning and development skills (using appropriate tools).
• Developing budgetary oversight expertise.
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in engineering, construction or related project management discipline.
