Project Manager - Wealth Management

Reporting into the Technology leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled change initiatives across the business. Acting as the bridge between technology and business stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered successfully while embedding sustainable change throughout the organisation.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology and business change projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives and success measures.
• Drive organisational change activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project governance forums.
• Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
• Provide regular project reporting and status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects align with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Proven experience managing complex technology and business change projects.
• Strong background within wealth management, financial services, superannuation, banking, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
• Experience leading organisational change, transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong governance, risk management, and delivery capabilities.
• Relevant project certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are highly regarded.
