• Location: 402 21st St E #200, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0C3

• This is an in-person position, only candidates who are currently located in Saskatoon will be considered.

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

• Salary: Commensurate with Education and Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website projects from kickoff to launch.
• Coordinate clients, designers, developers, and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and scope.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, and launches.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.

Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Understanding of website development and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, hosting, and domains.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a web or digital agency.
• Experience managing website projects from planning through launch.
• Experience working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
