Project Manager - Workplace Fitting Out (Contractor)

About the role

As a Project Manager - Workplace Fitting Out (Contractor) at Wing Art Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of workplace fitting out projects. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in the Wan Chai District.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the fitting out process, from design and procurement to installation and handover
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner
• Manage and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry
• Strong understanding of workplace fitting out processes, including design, procurement, and installation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
