The Opportunity

We are partnering with a top-tier General Contractor to recruit multiple experienced Project Managers across Texas, supporting a strong pipeline of major Water and Wastewater (W/WW) infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, highly respected contractor with a significant presence in the Texas market, delivering complex, high-value infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, and project financials.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, or related Heavy Civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and construction operations.
• Experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
