Project Manager/Estimator

The Encompass Group is partnering with a well-established, family-owned demolition company with nearly 80 years of industry experience. The company specializes in demolition, dismantling, asset recovery, concrete saw cutting, and coring, with projects across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from award through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, field leaders, and crews.
• Maintain strong customer and internal relationships.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and overall performance.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Support the transition from estimating through project execution.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of construction, demolition, or related industry experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Sales Representative.
• Strong project management, estimating, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both office and field teams.
• Union construction experience is highly preferred.
