Project Manager(Government Technology Projects)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Government technology projects, working closely with government agencies, clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage project planning, scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues, quality, and overall project governance in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Coordinate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation through implementation, acceptance, and handover.

• Monitor project progress and deliverables against contractual milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

• Oversee system implementation, integration, configuration, testing, UAT, commissioning, training, acceptance, and project handover.

• Coordinate technical requirements, TOR/specifications, BOQ, equipment selection, vendor management, and solution alignment with project requirements.

• Prepare project status reports, management presentations, technical documentation, acceptance documents, and project handover materials.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, government requirements, and applicable technical and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, with proven experience managing Government Projects.

• Experience managing IT / Technology projects and working with government agencies will be highly preferred.

• Experience in CCTV, Security & Surveillance, AI, Software, IT Infrastructure, or System Integration projects will be an advantage.

• Able to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, vendors, contractors, and technical teams.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project follow-up skills.

• Willing and able to travel to provincial sites and work on-site as required.

• Able to manage project activities independently and work effectively under pressure and within project deadlines.
