Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are an experienced Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is not a testing-focused role. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint to present to your team.
• Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting
• Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in completing deliverables accurately and on time.
• Reporting is clear, concise, and leadership-ready
• Risks and issues are identified and addressed proactively
• Stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and accountable
• ORT activities are managed with a high degree of quality and attention to detail

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $35.00/hr. to $40.00/hr.
