Project Manager_Painting

1. Plan and manage painting works from start to completion.
2. Supervise painters, foremen, and site activities.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and other trades.
4. Monitor manpower, productivity, materials, wastage, and project costs.
5. Ensure correct surface preparation, paint application, and finishing quality.
6. Manage material approvals, inspections, snagging, and handover.
7. Prepare progress reports, measurements, and variation claims.
8. Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5+ years’ experience in painting/fit-out/construction projects.
2. UAE/Dubai project experience mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of painting systems, surface preparation, and finishing.
4. Experience in manpower, material, cost, and subcontractor management.
5. Good communication and leadership skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
7. UAE driving license mandatory.
