Project Manager/Project Coordinator – Events & Interactive Tech

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, understand objectives, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve execution issues.
• Provide regular client updates and prepare presentations, reports, and maintain accurate client/project records.
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities and support lead generation through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into projects.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring smooth internal project handover.
• Track and report sales and client activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams across immersive experiences, AR/VR, and interactive digital technology projects delivered across the GCC.
• Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a results-driven approach toward project goals and business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, including speaking, reading, and writing; Arabic-speaking professionals are strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or Sales within the Events & Exhibitions industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand client objectives, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in project planning, execution, coordination, timelines, resource allocation, and project delivery.
• Ability to monitor projects, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Experience supporting lead generation and business development, including networking, cold calling, digital outreach, identifying potential clients, and researching market opportunities.
• Ability to support the sales process through proposals, presentations, contracts, sales tracking, reporting, and project handovers.
• Basic understanding of interactive technology trends in the Events & Exhibitions market, including immersive experiences, AR/VR, and interactive digital solutions. Training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to achieving targets and project goals.
• Must be willing to work across Dubai and GCC projects as required.
