Project Manager/Project Engineer

WE'RE HIRING: Project Manager

Location: Kulai / Shah Alam (HQ)
Type: Full-Time

Are you a seasoned leader with proven experience in managing complex projects? Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager and take charge of planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact engineering projects!

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of network infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site workers to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor project costing, tender pricing, BQ, variation orders and contractor claims.
• Review and approve project documentation including reports, drawings, and progress updates.
• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to Management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fiber optic installation, structured cabling, or construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and network infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site when required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs.
