PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT IN-CHARGE

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/ License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management

• With ample experience and knowledgeable in Lighting, Dimming and Audio Visual Systems

• Has strong leadership skills and can track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades

• Must be hardworking, team player and flexible (multi-tasking)

• With good communication skills

• Computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management and Implementation

• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

• Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project team

• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

• Handling and monitoring of documentation and reports needed as attachment for billing.
